Today, 100 years ago, our company was founded.
At that time, the name of the company was AB Ingeniörfirman Axel Philip (AIAP).
In 1949, AIAP signed the first agency contract with BF Goodrich for NBR rubber and PVC plastics.
In 1955, AIAP acquired Rubber and Plastics AB (R&P) and in 1992, AIAP acquired Erteco.
Plastic raw materials were sold in all three companies and rubber materials were sold in AIAP and R&P.
Machines for the plastic and rubber industry was sold by both AIAP and R&P and in AIAP, many other products was also marketed and sold.
In 1999, we decided to divest all activities except sales and marketing of polymer materials and at the same time merge all three companies into one and rename it to Erteco Rubber & Plastics AB, which still is our name.
Our thoughts and thankfulness goes to those persons who has worked and built up the company from scratch until what it is today.
